Delivery Time

Once you have placed an order, you can visit online Order Status for shipping and delivery estimates for each item. The items on your order will ship as they become available.

All Spectrum servers and server platform solutions undergoes a strict multi-process diagnostic and burn-in procedure before they are shipped. For this reason, a single unit order will usually require 3-5 business days before the unit is ready to be shipped. For larger orders, please feel free to contact our sales staff 1-800-526-8650 for estimated shipping and delivery times.

Depending on its availability, all other items such as rackmount chassis, server chassis, and accessories are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. If items are required within a stringent timeframe, please contact our sales staff for availability information before placing orders.

When the order is shipped, tracking information will be posted on your Order Status page.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Spectrum offers a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs.

  • Standard Shipping Delivers within 5 business days after shipping.
  • 2 Day Shipping Delivers within 2 business days after shipping.
  • Next Business Day Delivers in 1 business day after shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order. You can also see shipping costs on the Order Acknowledgment email and on online Order Status. If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments. Shipping fees for the entire order will be charged when your first item is shipped.

Signature on Delivery

Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

Most of our shipments contain valuable items, so our carriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

Spectrum Servers sells and ships items only within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. No shipments can be made to APO or FPO addresses, PO Box addresses, freight forwarders, United States territories, or addresses outside the United States.

Spectrum Servers does not support shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to an additional address, please place a new order on
